Grendure Return Policy

 

Grendure has 14 days return policy, which means the Customer will have 14 days after receiving his order to request a return. After this time reclamation will not be accepted.

Customers are required to cover any applicable shipping costs for the return. Customers are also responsible to ensure that we receive the product.

Grendure is unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping for the order a Customer wishes to return. 

Products must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damaged products

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact Grendure if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that you must reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your damaged product in order for us to address the issue. 

Refunds

Grendure will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.
