Return Policy

 

Grendure has a 14-day return policy, which means the Customer will have 14 clear days after receiving his order to request a return. After this time reclamation will not be accepted.

Customers are required to cover any applicable shipping costs for the return. Customers are also responsible for ensuring that we receive the product.

Grendure is unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping for the order a Customer wishes to return.  Products must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required. 

 

Orders which are not picked up from the courier

 

If the order is not picked up from the courier and/or InPost box, and the said order is then returned back to Grendure, the client has the right to refund minus delivery cost (sending to client and back) or they can cover the cost of second-time delivery. 
InPost: the client will receive a refund of the amount they paid minus the cost of delivery of 14pln to the client and cost of delivery of another 14pln back to Grendure, making it a full amount less 28pln. (6.5 euro)
DPD: 80pln cost of delivery to client + cost of delivery back to Grendure, making it full refund less 160pln (37 euro)
DHL: 172pln cost of delivery to client + cost of delivery back to Grendyre, making it full refund less 344pln ( 79 euro).

If the order is not picked up and therefore returned to Grendure, Grendure will contact client about missed order within 2 weeks from the order returning to Grendure. 

 

Damaged products

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact Grendure if the item is defective, damaged or if  you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please note that you must reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your damaged product in order 

For us to address the issue. 

 

Refunds

 

Grendure will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original  payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.
